Who We Are

Board of Directors

The make-up of our Board of Directors and staff is as varied and as unified as the world we hope to build:  we are Ethiopian, British, American and Philippine; we are religious (Jewish, Christian, Muslim and Bahá’í); we are agnostic; we are wealthy and we are of modest means.  Our organization practices the diversity we espouse both in our administrative structure and programmatic outreach.

Our hands-on Board of Directors includes a real estate sales agent, a social worker, a writer, a receptionist and a minister.  Our nine-member staff includes an executive director, program coordinators a writer, an office manager, an on-line dialogue coordinator, a web designer and a bookkeeper.
